隐私政策
PawSoul（下称“我们”）是一款由个人开发者运营的宠物记录与 AI 创作应用。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、为什么收集、交给谁处理，以及你如何控制自己的数据。我们不出售你的个人信息，不投放广告，也不使用第三方追踪或广告 SDK。
1. 我们收集的信息

我们不会获取你的通讯录、精确位置或广告标识符（IDFA）。
2. 帮助我们处理数据的服务商
为了提供服务，部分数据会交由以下服务商处理，它们只能按我们的指示使用这些数据：
- Google（Gemini API）：生成画像、宠物心声、解惑回答与评论回复时，相关照片和文字会发送给 Google 处理。根据其付费 API 条款，这些内容不会被用于训练 Google 的模型。
- Cloudflare：照片与作品的存储（R2）和网络传输。
- Supabase / Amazon Web Services：数据库托管（美国西部）。
- 云服务器提供商：运行应用服务（美国）。
- Resend：发送验证码等事务邮件。
- Sentry：错误诊断（不发送你的个人身份信息）。
- Apple：Apple 登录与推送通知。
以上服务的服务器主要位于美国。使用 PawSoul 即表示你知悉你的数据会在美国存储和处理。
3. 公开与私密
你的照片、宠物档案和 AI 作品默认只有你自己能看到。只有你主动“发布到社区”的内容，才会被其他用户看到；你可以随时撤回。
4. AI 生成内容
画像、心声和解惑回答由 AI 生成，会在应用中标明。解惑内容仅供参考，不能替代兽医的专业诊断。
5. 保存期限与删除
你的数据会保存到你删除它或注销账号为止。你可以在应用内“设置 → 注销账号”永久删除账号，我们会立即删除你的档案、照片、作品、社区内容与咨询记录，存储中的文件会在随后自动清理。为了灾难恢复，加密备份中的副本最长可能保留 30 天后被覆盖删除。
6. 你的权利
你可以随时在应用中查看、修改或删除你的内容。如需获取数据副本、更正信息或有其他隐私请求，请联系 support@pawsoul.zfk.ai，我们会在 30 天内答复。若你位于欧盟、英国或美国加州等地区，你享有当地法律赋予的访问、更正、删除、限制处理和数据可携等权利，我们同样会响应。
7. 未成年人
PawSoul 不面向 13 周岁以下的儿童（在中国大陆为 14 周岁以下）。如果你认为有儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们删除。
8. 安全
我们使用 HTTPS 传输数据，密码以不可逆方式加密存储，照片存放在私有存储中并通过短期有效的签名链接访问。没有任何系统是绝对安全的，但我们会尽力保护你的数据。
9. 政策更新
政策如有重要变更，我们会在应用内或本页面提示，并更新上方的生效日期。

Privacy Policy
PawSoul (“we”) is a pet journal and AI art app run by an independent developer. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and how you stay in control. We do not sell your personal information, show ads, or use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs.
1. Information we collect

We do not access your contacts, precise location, or advertising identifier (IDFA).
2. Service providers
Some data is processed by the following providers on our behalf, only as needed to run the service:
- Google (Gemini API): photos and text are sent to Google to generate portraits, pet voices, Ask Paw answers and comment replies. Under Google’s paid API terms, this content is not used to train Google’s models.
- Cloudflare: storage (R2) and delivery of photos and creations.
- Supabase / Amazon Web Services: database hosting (US West).
- Cloud server provider: application hosting (United States).
- Resend: transactional email such as verification codes.
- Sentry: error diagnostics (no personal identifiers sent).
- Apple: Sign in with Apple and push notifications.
These services are primarily located in the United States. By using PawSoul you acknowledge that your data is stored and processed there.
3. Private by default
Your photos, pet profiles and creations are visible only to you. Only what you explicitly publish to the community is visible to others, and you can unpublish it at any time.
4. AI-generated content
Portraits, pet voices and Ask Paw answers are generated by AI and labeled in the app. Ask Paw is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your data until you delete it or your account. You can permanently delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete Account; your profile, photos, creations, community content and Ask Paw history are deleted immediately and stored files are purged shortly after. Copies in encrypted disaster-recovery backups may persist for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
6. Your rights
You can view, edit or delete your content in the app at any time. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or anything else privacy related, email support@pawsoul.zfk.ai; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK, California or another region with privacy laws, you have the rights those laws grant (access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability), and we will honor them.
7. Children
PawSoul is not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in mainland China). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are stored with one-way hashing, and photos live in private storage accessed through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
9. Changes
If we make material changes, we will let you know in the app or on this page and update the effective date above.
